FLORIX AUTOMOTIVE LLC ("we," "our," or "us") values your satisfaction. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms under which you may return products or request refunds for services purchased through our website florixautomotive.top or directly from our business. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms set forth below.

1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to:

  • New and used automotive parts sold through our website or in-person;
  • FloRix Performance products and accessories;
  • Custom orders and special-order parts;
  • Installation and diagnostic services (where applicable).

Note: This policy does not apply to the purchase of complete vehicles unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement. Florida law does not provide an automatic "cooling-off" period or right to return a used vehicle purchased "as-is." [[15]][[19]]

2. Returns: Automotive Parts & Accessories

2.1 Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery or pickup;
  • Be in original, uninstalled, and resalable condition;
  • Include all original packaging, manuals, tags, and accessories;
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice);
  • Have a valid Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number issued by our team prior to return shipment. [[31]]

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:

  • Electrical components (alternators, starters, sensors) once installed or tested;
  • Custom-machined, special-order, or discontinued parts;
  • Fluids, chemicals, oils, or hazardous materials once the seal is broken;
  • Items marked "Final Sale," "As-Is," or "Clearance";
  • Parts showing signs of installation, wear, damage, or modification.

2.3 Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply to eligible returns as follows:

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 business days of delivery at jasonkarom33@gmail.com;
  2. Provide photos/video of the defect or discrepancy and your order number;
  3. Our team will issue an RGA and prepaid return label (if applicable);
  4. Upon inspection and verification, we will, at our option:
    • Replace the item with an identical or equivalent product;
    • Issue a full refund to your original payment method; or
    • Provide store credit (with your consent).

All returned items are subject to inspection and verification to confirm the reason for the return or claim. Credits are only issued after this verification process is complete. [[33]]

4. Services: Installation & Diagnostics

For services performed by FLORIX AUTOMOTIVE LLC or authorized partners:

  • Diagnostic Fees: Non-refundable once the diagnostic report is delivered, unless the service was not performed as agreed.
  • Installation Services: Refunds for labor are not provided once installation is complete. If a part installed by us is defective, we will coordinate warranty replacement with the manufacturer at no additional labor cost within 90 days of installation.
  • Service Disputes: Florida's Motor Vehicle Repair Act requires registered repair facilities to provide written estimates and obtain authorization before performing work. Unresolved disputes may be reported to the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

5. Shipping & Return Process

  1. Request an RGA: Email jasonkarom33@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Do not ship items without an RGA number—returns sent without authorization will be refused.
  2. Package Securely: Use original packaging when possible. Include all components, documentation, and the RGA number clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  4. Tracking Required: Use a trackable shipping service. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
  5. Processing Time: Returns are inspected within 5–7 business days of receipt. Refunds or exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days after approval.

6. Refund Methods & Timing

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank to post the refund after processing.
  • PayPal/Digital Wallets: Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Store Credit: Issued via email as a unique code; no expiration date.
  • Cash/Check Purchases: Refunds issued by company check, mailed to the billing address on file.

Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return results from our error. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless otherwise specified.

7. California Consumer Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights regarding your personal information collected during transactions. 8. Warranty Claims

Many parts we sell include manufacturer warranties. If a part fails under warranty:

  • Approved claims may result in replacement parts or credit per the manufacturer's terms;
  • Labor costs for warranty replacements are covered by FLORIX AUTOMOTIVE LLC only if the original installation was performed by our team and within 90 days of the initial service.

Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. We provide warranty documentation upon request.

9. Vehicle Purchases ("As-Is" Disclaimer)

Important: Unless expressly stated in a separate written sales contract, all vehicles sold by FLORIX AUTOMOTIVE LLC are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with no express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
